Doggie day care franchise Hounds Town USA officially opened its ninth location, with a brand-new facility in Hicksville, New York. Dog lovers abound on Long Island, and Hounds Town Hicksville offers overnight dog boarding, grooming, and a fully interactive doggie day care.
Franchise owners Maria Gillen, Jennifer Jung, and Candice Lorenzana, met with so much success in their first Farmingdale location that they decided to open their second post in Hicksville. “There are so many dog owners here that need a fun, affordable day care where their pups can thrive while they’re at work,” Gillen says.
The Hicksville facility marks seven Hounds Town locations just on Long Island, officially making Hounds Town USA the largest pet care facility on the island. With plans to open six more locations here and another six locations already in development in other states (including Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia), the pet care franchise has been experiencing unprecedented growth.
