New York’s four-legged companions can now experience a whole new level of care and fun. We’re proud to announce our newest doggy daycare in Brooklyn on Atlantic Avenue. This exciting addition to our pack will be another haven for pets and a trusted resource for pet parents across Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, and Park Slope.
Owned by franchisee duo Edward Burke and Bob Ryan, Hounds Town Brooklyn-Atlantic Avenue brings our singular approach to daycare into the heart of the dog-centric community. Whether your pup needs a day of socializing or an overnight stay, the team of dog management experts are here to meet each dog’s needs in a fun, inclusive, and interactive environment.
A New Hub for Dog Care in Brooklyn
Conveniently located at 545 Vanderbilt Ave., near the corner of Atlantic Avenue, this new facility will serve multiple vibrant Brooklyn neighborhoods. Its central, urban location allows busy New York pet parents access to high-quality services that provide both physical and mental stimulation for their dogs.
Brooklyn dogs will enjoy:
- Fully interactive doggy daycare that matches them with playmates of similar size and temperament.
- Overnight boarding where pups can rest comfortably after a day of fun.
- Specialized playgroups where dogs are grouped into smaller packs to make for a safer, more enjoyable doggy daycare experience
“Being part of this thriving area allows us to better serve local pet owners with top-tier services, all while integrating ourselves into the heart of the neighborhood,” said franchisee Ed Burke. This facility is a one-stop destination for all your dog care needs, providing the natural pack environment that dogs crave away from home.
What Sets Hounds Town Apart
We’re not your typical doggy daycare: we are a community where dogs can simply be dogs. Created by former NYPD canine handler, Michael S. Gould, Hounds Town is defined by a commitment to creating a natural pack environment. Every dog is matched with a group of playmates based on their size, temperament, and energy level, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Interactive Doggy Daycare: Dogs spend their day socializing and playing with their pack, helping them stay mentally and physically stimulated.
- Overnight Boarding: After a full day of pack-based fun, dogs enjoy comfortable accommodations to sleep off their “Hounds Town Hangover“.
- No-Breed Discrimination Policy: Every dog is welcome, no matter their breed or background; fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
This natural pack-oriented approach keeps dogs engaged and active, which is essential to their ability to thrive. Pet parents can trust that their dogs are in a stimulating place where their instinctual needs are met.
